At InnoPrint Creations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you, we maintain a clear and fair Refund and Cancellation Policy outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately via email at [your email] or WhatsApp [your number] with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Post-Production: Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the customized nature of our products.


2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Product: If your item is damaged in transit.

  • Incorrect Product: If the product received does not match the order (wrong name/design/variant).

  • Manufacturing Defect: If there’s a clear defect or issue with the product quality.

Not eligible for refund:

  • Minor color variation or design interpretation differences.

  • Incorrect input or customization details submitted by the customer.

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.


3. Return Process

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Share clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Our support team will review the case and approve the refund if it qualifies under our policy.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
