1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all across India.
If you're outside India and wish to place an international order, please contact us directly for assistance.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size of your order and your delivery location.
You can view the applicable shipping charges during checkout after entering your address.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If a product is out of stock or delayed, you will be informed via email or message.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Remote and interior regions may require additional time.
5. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services such as DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order on the respective courier’s website.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to process cancellations.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement or refund.
Please email us with a photo of the damaged item for verification.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
